Thank you for the overwhelming interest you’ve shown in the Chaos Bay map. Since the map went live, we’ve received a series of bug reports from you regarding issues that did not occur on our test servers but have emerged on our live servers.
- Client freezes, and crashes are occurring on some devices after entering the map
- Animation errors occurring on the Monoliths
- Monoliths' rewards, listed in the reward table
- Animation issues with monsters within the map
- Drop issues with monsters
A client update to version 3.7 will be required to address the issues listed above and ensure they are added to the game without any problems. During maintenance, the entrances to the Chaos Bay map will remain closed until the next announcement.
To compensate for maintenance downtime, the durations of Costumes, Mounts, and Pets have been extended +6 hours. Additional time has also been applied to items that were on sale during this period.
Additionally, the entry attempts for users who entered Catacomb and the Solo Devil’s Tower within the last 30 minutes have been reset.
