Account Sharing Bans Reviewed

Hello, Royale Online family!

With the arrival of the Mirror of Identity, we’ve updated our approach to account sharing and reviewed the accounts banned for it. Your ban may have been lifted or shortened. Details below.

Why Now?

You’ve put real time and effort into your character, so wanting to leave it with a friend or pass it on to someone else is completely natural. Until now, though, there was no safe way to do that in game, and account sharing ended up filling that gap.

The Mirror of Identity, which we introduced in our What’s Next in Royale Online? post, is the game’s own answer to that need. You can now preserve your character with all of its progression and transfer it to another player. That’s why, from the moment we announced the Mirror of Identity, we updated how we look at account sharing to fit this new chapter.

What Changed

Using 1 September 2026, the date we announced the Mirror of Identity, as our reference point, we reviewed accounts banned solely for account sharing under our updated rules. Where appropriate, bans were lifted or shortened.

To everyone coming back: welcome back, we missed you!

What Stays the Same

This update covers account sharing only. Our rules have not changed for serious violations such as macro use, profanity and insults, toxic behavior that ruins the game for others, and violating other players’ personal data or using it as a threat.

Some accounts were penalized for these violations in addition to account sharing. For those accounts, penalties for the other violations remain in effect.

Royale Online should be a place where everyone can enjoy the game. If you play fair, you’re always welcome here. If you make the game miserable for others, we’ll keep standing just as firm as before.
