An issue that prevented the Researcher’s Elixir item, obtained from the Valentine’s Day exchange interface, from being used has been fixed.
The usage mechanic of the Researcher’s Elixir has been updated. It is no longer required to have the related quest active on your character in order to use the item. Once used, the effect will now be saved, and when the quest is later accepted and completed, the success rate will continue to increase just as with previous usage.
