Winners must complete their prize delivery application and provide all requested information by the deadline above. Delivery instructions will be sent through the e-mail address registered to the winning account.
Once you have submitted the requested information and completed your application, we look forward to welcoming you to the BTYE office to collect your prize. Physical prizes will be handed over in person at the BTYE office after winner verification; appointment and visit details will be shared via your registered e-mail address.
The requested identity, contact and address details will be used only to verify the winner and arrange delivery of the prize.
Important: If a winner does not submit a complete application by the stated deadline, their right to the prize will expire and the prize will pass to the next eligible reserve winner in the relevant server.
Please check your account e-mail inbox, including spam or junk folders, and make sure you respond before the deadline.
