User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Byte Technology Inc. ("Company") and users who use the Royale Online game.

1. Definitions

   1. "Company": Refers to Byte Technology Inc..
   2. "Royale Online": Refers to the MMORPG game developed and operated by the Company.
   3. "User": Refers to the natural or legal person who uses the Royale Online game and accepts this Agreement.

2. Accepted Conditions

   1. By using the Royale Online game, the User is deemed to have accepted this Agreement.
   2. The User agrees to comply with all applicable legal regulations and rules set by the Company while using the Royale Online game.

3. Use of Services

   1. The User must use the Royale Online game for the purposes determined by the Company. Misuse of the game or cheating is prohibited.
   2. The User must respect the rights and privacy of other users while using the Royale Online game.

4. Content Rights

   1. All content in the Royale Online game (graphics, texts, sounds, images, etc.) is owned and protected by the Company.
   2. The User is responsible for ensuring that the content created in the Royale Online game (character names, clan names, messages, etc.) complies with the rules set by the Company and does not infringe upon third-party rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

   1. The Company does not guarantee that the Royale Online game will operate continuously or without errors. The User acknowledges that the game may be temporarily inaccessible or faulty.
   2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the Royale Online game.

6. Cancellation and Changes

   1. The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel this Agreement at any time.
   2. Changes or cancellations will be notified to the User in the Royale Online game, and the changes will take effect from the date they are implemented.

7. Dispute Resolution

   1. Turkish law shall apply to any dispute arising from this Agreement.
   2. Izmir Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over the resolution of disputes.

This User Agreement is binding for all users who use the Royale Online game and is deemed accepted by the users.
