Users, members, and visitors are deemed to have accepted the terms of the User Agreement below and committed to complying with the obligations herein when they make use of the services, games, and other services provided by these websites and owned by Byte Technology Inc. and/or its affiliated partners.
In the event of any violation or action deemed contrary to the terms and conditions of use and participation by users in the game services provided by Byte Technology Inc., the user's account within the respective game will be suspended with the consent of the copyright holder of the game concerned.
Byte Technology Inc. reserves the right, when deemed necessary, to investigate account suspensions or losses of in-game equipment and/or characters, regardless of whether they are caused by the user.
During the use of services provided by Byte Technology Inc., activities such as advertising, terrorism, republicanism, state, religion, racism, drug promotion, political discussions, or harassment of other players through pornographic content, vulgar language, or other inappropriate behavior are considered violations of the terms of use. In such cases, the user may be temporarily or permanently denied access to the services by Byte Technology Inc. The fate of the user is subject to the evaluation and decision of the Game Managers (GMs) of the respective game. Sanctions to be applied to users who do not comply with the rules are listed on this site's Code of Conduct page. The durations of these penalties may be changed without prior notice.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS
The products and services purchased by users/consumers from the websites "www.royale.com.tr" and "www.bytelab.com.tr" and their subdomains fall under the category of goods delivered to the user/consumer instantly, and therefore, such sales are not subject to the right of withdrawal from the sale regulated within the scope of Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. Users/consumers accept, declare, and undertake this matter. Byte Technology Inc. is not responsible for the effects and damages caused by the errors of the user/consumer in the use and benefit of these products or services, as they are immediately delivered. All risks arising from the use and performance of any service or product provided by Byte Technology Inc. mentioned above are the responsibility of the user/consumer.
